Hi, I'm Brady.

I'm a recruiter, HR consultant, and the founder of Fieldwork HR. My work sits at the intersection of two things most small business owners don't have enough of: good people and enough time to find them.

I started Fieldwork HR because I kept seeing the same problems play out for small business owners. They were making their first hires without any real framework. They were writing job posts that attracted the wrong candidates. They were running interviews without structure and making offers without data. And they were spending money on HR agencies that charged rates built for enterprise clients.
